Atlus Announces Persona x Sanrio Collaboration for 30th Anniversary

Atlus has officially announced a collaboration with Sanrio as part of the extensive celebrations for the Persona series’ 30th anniversary.
This partnership will take the form of a “Persona x Sanrio Characters POP UP SHOP,” bringing the popular mascots together with the RPG franchise’s stylish world.

Set to take place at the JOL Collab Store in Tokyo’s MAGNET by SHIBUYA109 5F from January 30 to February 8, a range of exclusive merchandise can be expected to be on sale.

Though full sales details and products are yet to be revealed, it is likely that online sales will take place, allowing international fans who can’t attend the store in person to snag some of the limited edition items before they sell out.

This announcement was made during the first broadcast of the “Persona 30th Goods & Event Information Bureau” on January 8.
It joins a growing list of high-profile partnerships for Sanrio, following the recently revealed Godiva Valentine’s collection.

Atlus has officially designated 2026 as the “Persona 30th Anniversary Year” and revealed a host of other initiatives to mark the milestone.
A highlight is the imminent release of a collection of “30th Anniversary Official Goods,” which features newly drawn illustrations of the protagonists from throughout the series’ history.

The lineup includes items such as acrylic stands, keyholders, and original hoodies.
Live events are also a major component of the celebration, with the “30th Anniversary Persona Symphonic Concert” confirmed to take place.

This symphonic jazz orchestra tour will kick off with a Tokyo performance on April 11, with a total of six shows scheduled across two cities.
The broadcast also teased several other upcoming tie-ups, including a collaboration with Keio Railway and a pop-up store at the Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store.

Amusement chain Round One will also host a Persona 3 Reload collaboration event in Japan from January 30 to May 6, which will see the launch of a themed menu and exclusive merchandise.

Updates were also provided on the full lineup for the “Ichiban Kuji Persona 5 The Royal” and a new collaboration pack for the exercise game Fit Boxing 3 -Your Personal Trainer-.

Additionally, parts of various manga adaptations will be made available for free reading, starting with the Persona 5 manga on January 25, with other titles following on January 30.
Full details on all these initiatives can be found on the newly launched Persona series 30th anniversary special site.

Pre-orders for the official 30th anniversary goods began on Thursday, January 8, via the Atlus D-Shop.
