ANNA SUI releases new American Diner themed My Melody and Kuromi accessory collection
Fashion brand ANNA SUI has announced a new, special collection of accessories in collaboration with the popular Sanrio characters, My Melody and Kuromi.
This new product line is being released to celebrate two major milestones: the 50th anniversary of My Melody and the 20th anniversary of her friendly rival, Kuromi.
ANNA SUI is a globally popular brand known for its unique aesthetic, which often blends vintage styles with a playful, gothic edge.
The theme for this new collaboration is an “American Diner,” and it is based on new, original artwork that depicts the two characters dressed in cute waitress outfits.
The playful designs also feature a hidden motif of the designer Anna Sui herself, reimagined as an ice cream or a drink.
The collection features a wide range of bags, charms, and other accessories that are perfect for daily use.

A 2-way bag that can be used as a handbag or a shoulder bag, featuring a large print of the main collaboration art.

The new “ANNA SUI x MY MELODY KUROMI” collection is scheduled to be released next Wednesday, the 10th of September, 2025, at select ANNA SUI bag and wallet counters in department stores across Japan, as well as on the Kuipo online shop.
