You can now rent an Evangelion-themed motorcycle in Japan

A new collaboration has been announced that will allow fans to rent a motorcycle with a full-body wrap inspired by the world of the popular anime series Evangelion.
The new project is a partnership between the nationwide motorcycle rental service “Rental 819” and the official “Evangelion Racing” motorsport team.

“Evangelion Racing” is a real-life racing team that was formed as a promotional tie-in with the Rebuild of Evangelion theatrical film series.
This new collaboration will offer a unique and immersive rental experience for both anime fans and motorcycle enthusiasts.

A lineup of three different, specially wrapped motorcycles will be available, each themed around one of the iconic Evangelion units from the series.
The three available motorcycles are:
- EVA Unit-01: Yamaha YZF-R7

- EVA Unit-02: Kawasaki Ninja 250

- EVA Unit-00: Honda CBR250RR

This special rental experience is being offered exclusively at one location.
The three bikes will be available to rent only from the “Rental 819 Odaiba” branch in Tokyo.

An in-person, “unveiling event” for the three collaboration bikes will also be held at the Odaiba location.

This will give fans a chance to see the new, custom-wrapped motorcycles up close.
Reservations to rent the new motorcycles opened on Thursday, the 25th of September, via the official Rental 819 website.
The rental period is scheduled to run from Saturday, the 4th of October, to Sunday, the 30th of November.
The unveiling event is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 27th of September, at the Rental 819 Odaiba location.
