Japanese brewer Tentaka Shuzo has revealed a special honey wine based on Tokai Teio’s favorite drink, “Hachimi,” bringing the iconic in-universe refreshment into the real world as an alcoholic beverage.
In Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, Tokai Teio is known for her energetic personality, determination on the racetrack, and her affection for the sweet drink affectionately referred to as “Hachimi” by fans of the series.
The new collaboration aims to capture the essence of that famous beverage while transforming it into a premium honey wine designed for adult collectors and enthusiasts of the franchise.
According to the producer, the drink delivers a gentle honey sweetness accompanied by a refreshing aroma that highlights the natural characteristics of the ingredients.
The collaboration package includes a specially designed presentation box created exclusively for the release.
Featured on the packaging is newly illustrated artwork of Tokai Teio, giving the product additional appeal as a display piece for collectors of Uma Musume merchandise.
The versatile beverage can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, whether served ice cold, warmed for a comforting drink, poured straight, served over ice, mixed with sparkling water, or diluted with hot water.

The “Tokai Teio Hachimi Honey Wine” is scheduled to go on sale through Tentaka Shuzo’s official online store beginning at 3:00 PM (JST) on June 23, with a retail price of ¥5,390 (approx. $37 USD/£27 GBP).
