Tokyo Comic Con 2026 Reveals Nic Cage and Giancarlo Esposito as First Celebrity Guests

Tokyo Comic Con 2026 has officially opened ticket sales while confirming Hollywood stars Nicolas Cage and Giancarlo Esposito as the first celebrity guests for this year’s event.
Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, Tokyo Comic Con has become one of Japan’s biggest pop culture conventions, regularly welcoming internationally recognized actors, filmmakers and creators alongside exhibits dedicated to movies, television, comics and collectibles.

Nicolas Cage returns to Japan after generating significant attention during Osaka Comic Con 2025, with the Academy Award-winning actor best known for films including Con Air, Face/Off, Gone in 60 Seconds, the National Treasure series, Ghost Rider and Leaving Las Vegas.

Joining him is Giancarlo Esposito, whose unforgettable performances have made him one of television’s most recognizable actors, earning widespread acclaim for roles such as Gus Fring in Breaking Bad, Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian and Stan Edgar in The Boys.

Organizers have confirmed that these are only the first celebrity announcements for the event, with additional guest reveals expected over the coming months.

This year’s ticket lineup includes a limited-quantity 3DAY PASS covering all three days of the convention, alongside advance one-day admission tickets that allow visitors to choose the day they wish to attend.

Details regarding autograph sessions, photo opportunities with the celebrity guests, and the full stage appearance schedule will be announced at a later date.

Tickets are now available through the official Tokyo Comic Con ticket sales channels.
Tokyo Comic Con 2026 will take place at Makuhari Messe from December 11 to December 13, 2026.
