Three Hatsune Miku figures headline FuRyu’s adorable new “Desktop Fairy” line
A new figure series titled “Desktop Fairy” has been announced by the hobby manufacturer FuRyu, with the first releases focusing on the world-famous virtual singer Hatsune Miku.
Hatsune Miku is a Japanese music software character, known for her turquoise twin-tails.
She has evolved from a voice synthesizer into a global cultural icon, collaborating with numerous artists and performing in sold-out 3D concerts worldwide.
FuRyu, which already operates the high-quality F:NEX and affordable TENITOL figure brands, is introducing “Desktop Fairy” as a new, attractively-priced series.
The line features cute, 4.5-head-scale designs, perfect for decorating a desk or small space to provide a “moment of healing.”
The first series will feature three Hatsune Miku figures based on a fairy tale theme, with original illustrations by artist Eku Uekura.
The three figures will have staggered pre-order periods, launching over three consecutive months.

Depicts Miku in a cheerful, energetic pose as if she is having fun on an outing. Scheduled for release in April 2026.

- Price: 2,970 yen (approx. $19.29 USD / £14.66 GBP)
- Size: Approx. 8.5cm tall
This figure is designed without a base, making it easy to display anywhere. Scheduled for release in May 2026.

- Price: 2,970 yen (approx. $19.29 USD / £14.66 GBP)
- Size: Approx. 16cm tall (excluding base)
Features a small but dynamic, “clumsy” pose designed to make you smile. Scheduled for release in June 2026.
Pre-orders for the first figure, “Little Red Riding Hood ver.,” are now open as of October 31, 2025, and will close on December 5, 2025.
The “Mermaid ver.” pre-orders will run from November 25, 2025, to January 6, 2026, and the “Wonderland ver.” pre-orders will run from January 20, 2026, to February 24, 2026.
All figures will be available for pre-order via retailers such as HobbyLink Japan.
