The sold-out Fender x Hello Kitty Stratocaster is getting a re-release

Following the massive, sold-out success of last year’s collaboration, Fender has revealed a new lineup for its “Fender x Hello Kitty Collection.”

The new release, which celebrates the globally beloved Sanrio character, will feature a brand-new black colorway for the Stratocaster guitar and the Fuzz Pedal.

Due to overwhelming demand, a re-release of the sold-out “White” models from the 2024 collection has also been confirmed.

This collaboration is a modern update of the original Squier-brand models from the early 2000s, featuring Fender Designed™ Humbucking pickups, a comfortable “C” shape neck, and a deluxe Hello Kitty gig bag.

The full lineup of new and re-released items is as follows:

- Price: ¥74,800 (approx. $505 USD / £404 GBP)
- Colors: Black (New), White (Re-release)

Features a Hello Kitty graphic on the pickguard, body, and headstock.

The Black and White models will be exclusive to the Fender Flagship Tokyo store and the Fender Japan online shop.

The Pink model from 2024 will not be re-released.

- Price: ¥11,000 (approx. $74 USD / £59 GBP)
- Colors: Black (New), White (Re-release)

A playful fuzz pedal featuring an op-amp-based circuit that creates a “ferocious gain tone,” despite its cute appearance. The design includes pink “Witch Hat” knobs and Japanese control labels.

The new Black version will be available at all authorized Fender retailers, while the re-released White version will be exclusive to the Fender Flagship Tokyo store and the Fender Japan online shop.

This new collection offers fans who missed out on the first run another chance to own the iconic and highly sought-after collaboration.

The new “Fender® x Hello Kitty® Collection” is scheduled to be released this Friday, the 24th of October via select official Fender retailers and via the Fender Japan online shop.
