The GUNDAM BASE WORLD TOUR is heading to London

The “Gundam Base Pop-Up World Tour,” a traveling version of the official Gunpla flagship store, is set to open a new location in London.
The event is part of a global tour celebrating the 45th anniversary of Gunpla, the popular line of plastic models based on the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.

The Gundam Base is the official retail hub for all things Gunpla, and this pop-up tour brings a version of that experience to fans around the world, with previous stops including Sydney, Australia, and New Jersey in the USA.

The new pop-up store will offer a wide range of activities and products for fans.
A variety of items will be available for sale, including event-exclusive model kits that are not available at general retail.

The store will also feature a Gunpla exhibition, showcasing professionally built models, as well as various photo opportunities and other hands-on activities.
Special purchase bonuses have been available at all world tour destinations so far, and we can expect the London location to offer the same items to fans.

These include an original shopper bag and a limited promotional “EX Base” card for the “GUNDAM CARD GAME.”

Significantly, the London engagement of the tour is scheduled to run for a much longer duration than previous stops.
The temporary store will be in place for nearly seven months, a fact that has led to speculation that it may be serving as a trial run for a potential, permanent Gundam Base location in the United Kingdom, should it prove successful.

The pop-up store will be located at the Provender Building in Camden’s Stables Market.
The “Gundam Base Pop-Up World Tour 2025” in London is scheduled to open on Friday, the 5th of September, 2025, and will run until the 31st of March, 2026.
Details regarding special events and event-limited items are expected to be announced by Bandai UK in the coming weeks.
