The Apothecary Diaries Fan Favorite Jinshi Gets an Adorable Armored Figure
Good Smile Company has announced that a brand new Nendoroid of Jinshi from the hit anime and light novel series The Apothecary Diaries is now officially available for pre-order.
“Nendoroid Jinshi: Armor Ver.” captures the character in his striking armored appearance, complete with his hair tied back in a neat ponytail.
The Nendoroid line by Good Smile Company specializes in reimagining iconic characters as highly articulated miniature figures.
The series is popular among collectors due to the large array of interchangeable accessories and display options provided with each release.
The Apothecary Diaries is a massively popular anime and light novel series set in a fictionalized imperial court.
The story follows Maomao, a sharp-witted apothecary who solves medical mysteries, and Jinshi, a highly influential imperial official who frequently seeks her expertise.
Standing at approximately 10cm tall, this figure translates his distinct features into a stylized pocket-sized format.
“Nendoroid Jinshi: Armor Ver.” comes with three unique face plates, including a serious expression, a gentle smiling face, and a comical dumbfounded look.
Collectors can further customize their display using the included sword and scabbard optional parts.
Fans who pre-order the figure directly through the Good Smile Company official shop will receive an exclusive special base.
“Nendoroid Jinshi: Armor Ver.” is priced at 7,200 yen (approximately $45 USD / £34 GBP) and is scheduled to ship in October 2026.
