Texas Rangers announce “Demon Slayer Night” with an exclusive Tanjiro jersey

A new “Theme Night” has been announced for the Major League Baseball team, the Texas Rangers, which will be a collaboration with the popular anime series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
The event is being held to celebrate the upcoming North American theatrical release of the new film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle Arc Part 1.

Theme nights are a popular promotional tool in American professional sports, where a game is dedicated to a specific pop culture franchise, often with an exclusive merchandise giveaway for fans who purchase a special ticket.
This new partnership continues the growing trend of collaborations between major American sports teams and popular Japanese anime.
Recent collaborations have included ONE PIECE themed game nights, as well as other Demon Slayer themed nights such as one recently held with the LA Dodgers.

The centerpiece of the “Demon Slayer Night” is an exclusive promotional item.
Fans who purchase a special theme night ticket for the game will receive a co-branded, custom jersey.

The design of the jersey is a collaboration between the Texas Rangers and the series’ main protagonist, Tanjiro Kamado.
This exclusive item will only be available to those who purchase the specific ticket package for this event.
The theme night will also serve to promote the new film, which is scheduled to be released in theaters in the United States and Canada on the 12th of September.

The “Demon Slayer Night” will be held at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.
The event will take place during the Rangers’ game against the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday, the 9th of September, which is scheduled to begin at 7:05 PM Central Time.
Tickets are now available via MLB.com.
