Street Fighter’s Chun-Li and Cammy coming to Monster Hunter Wilds as DLC
Following the announcement of a Monster Hunter Wilds and Street Fighter 6 collaboration event, Capcom has revealed a range of paid downloadable content (DLC).
Monster Hunter Wilds is the newest installment in Capcom’s renowned monster-hunting franchise.
Street Fighter 6, released in 2023, has revitalized Capcom’s iconic fighting game series.
This collaboration between the two series will allow Monster Hunter players to dress as two of the Street Fighter series most popular characters and also personalize their in-game experience with Street Fighter 6 elements.
The new costumes will allow players to visually transform their characters, bringing the aesthetic of Street Fighter 6’s legendary fighters into the Monster Hunter Wilds universe.
The DLC also includes additional gestures, allowing hunters to perform signature moves from Street Fighter 6 in the game world.
These gestures will allow players to roleplay and express themselves with recognizable fighting game flair within Monster Hunter Wilds’ social spaces and even potentially during hunts.
Let’s take a look at both of the new costumes and all of the other new content included in the Street Fighter 6 DLC!
Additional Alma costume: “Chun-Li Costume [SF6]”
Chun-Li is one of Street Fighter’s most recognizable characters, known for her powerful kicks and her role as an Interpol agent.
Additional Alma costume: “Cammy Costume [SF6]”
Cammy is another fan-favorite, an agile and formidable fighter with a military background. The costume is based on her Street Fighter 6 appearance with her instantly identifiable Union Jack jacket.
Additional Gesture: “Street Fighter 6 Hadoken”
The iconic projectile attack performed by Ryu and Ken is a staple of the Street Fighter series.
Additional Gesture: “Street Fighter 6 Shoryuken”
This classic uppercut move is synonymous with the Street Fighter series.
Additional Gesture: “Street Fighter 6 Hurricane Kick”
A spin-kick move associated with Ryu, Ken and Akuma.
Blanka-chan Doll Pendant
This charm allows you to display Blanka-chan on your weapons.
Street Fighter 6 Sticker Set
A set of stickers featuring characters from Street Fighter 6 that can be used in-game.
This additional content will be available for purchase starting May 28th, 2025, and coincides with the launch of a free Akuma and Blanka-chan collaboration event in Monster Hunter Wilds.
