Star Wars Zero Company Set for August 27 Release

Electronic Arts has officially announced that Star Wars Zero Company, a new single-player turn-based tactics game, is scheduled to launch on August 27, 2026.

Developed by Bit Reactor in collaboration with Respawn Entertainment, the title will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The standard edition is priced at $49.99 for PC players and $59.99 for console users, while a Deluxe Edition will be offered at $59.99 on PC and $69.99 on consoles.

Set during the height of the Clone Wars, the narrative follows Hawks, a former Galactic Republic officer leading an unconventional group of mercenaries known as Zero Company.

Players will command a diverse squad including a Clone Trooper, a Jedi Padawan, and a Mandalorian from the ancient Clan Verminoth as they hunt down the leader of the Separatist-aligned Infinite Coil cult.

The experience features a deep customization system allowing players to create operators from eight iconic species such as Togruta, Zabrak, and Twi’lek.

Strategic gameplay extends to the base of operations, known as The Den, where users can upgrade facilities, recruit new operators, and select missions from a holotable.

With over 150 planets to explore on an ever-changing galaxy map, every choice made on the battlefield and at headquarters will influence the unfolding journey.

Bit Reactor CEO Greg Foertsch stated that the project aims to push the tactics genre forward by blending cinematic elegance with authentic Star Wars storytelling.
