Square Enix Reveals First Look at Exclusive Merch for Final Fantasy X 25th Anniversary Exhibition

The first merchandise created for Final Fantasy X’s upcoming 25th anniversary exhibition has been revealed, with the initial lineup turning some of the RPG’s most recognizable characters, teams and items into real-world collectibles.

Final Fantasy X originally launched for PlayStation 2 in 2001 and follows Tidus after he is transported to the world of Spira, where he joins summoner Yuna and her guardians on a pilgrimage to defeat the destructive creature known as Sin.

The game became one of the defining entries in Square Enix’s long-running RPG series, with its emotional story, memorable cast and Blitzball minigame helping it remain a fan favorite 25 years later.

The upcoming “FINAL FANTASY X MUSEUM -Memories of Pyreflies-” exhibition will celebrate the anniversary through a dedicated exhibition in Tokyo that will offer fans a chance to revisit one of the series’ most iconic adventures through rare behind-the-scenes materials and commemorative displays.

A wide range of exclusive merchandise will also be available at the exhibition, allowing fans to take the experience home with them.

One of the first commemorative items is the Zanarkand Abes Jacket, priced at ¥17,600 (approx. $111 USD / £82 GBP), which takes inspiration from the Blitzball team Tidus played for before arriving in Spira.

The Blitzball Cushion, priced at ¥5,500 (approx. $35 USD / £26 GBP), recreates the ball used in Spira’s hugely popular underwater sport, turning one of Final Fantasy X’s most recognizable items into a soft collectible.

The Auron’s Flask Shoulder Pouch, priced at ¥4,950 (approx. $31 USD / £23 GBP), is based on the flask carried by the veteran guardian throughout the game and adapts its familiar shape into a wearable accessory.

The Yojimbo Coin Purse, priced at ¥1,650 (approx. $10 USD / £8 GBP), takes inspiration from the optional aeon whose services famously depend on how much gil the player is prepared to offer.

The Omamori-Style Keychain Collection, priced at ¥880 (approx. $6 USD / £4 GBP) each, turns Final Fantasy X imagery into Japanese good-luck charm-inspired accessories, with individual designs sold at random.

A Masking Tape Set, priced at ¥1,320 (approx. $8 USD / £6 GBP), adds another smaller collectible to the anniversary merchandise range.

The Moogle Tote Bag, priced at ¥3,630 (approx. $23 USD / £17 GBP), brings the recurring Final Fantasy mascot into the collection with a practical bag created for the exhibition.

The Blitzball League Gadget Case, priced at ¥3,300 (approx. $21 USD / £15 GBP), draws its design from Spira’s competitive sport while providing storage for smaller electronics and accessories.

The World Map Multi Play Mat, priced at ¥2,200 (approx. $14 USD / £10 GBP), uses the world of Final Fantasy X as the basis for a larger display and gaming accessory.

Seven Acrylic Blocks are available for ¥1,100 (approx. $7 USD / £5 GBP) each, giving Tidus, Yuna, Wakka, Lulu, Kimahri Ronso, Auron and Rikku individual character collectibles within the range.

The Bahamut Hand Spinner, priced at ¥1,650 (approx. $10 USD / £8 GBP), takes inspiration from Yuna’s powerful dragon-like aeon for one of the collection’s more unusual pieces.

A Zanarkand Abes Jetstream Pen, priced at ¥2,200 (approx. $14 USD / £10 GBP), incorporates imagery from Tidus’ Blitzball team into a practical piece of stationery.

Yuna also receives her own Jetstream Pen, priced at ¥2,200 (approx. $14 USD / £10 GBP), offering an alternative design centered around Final Fantasy X’s summoner.

The Blitzball Emblem Metal Keychain, priced at ¥1,320 (approx. $8 USD / £6 GBP), turns imagery associated with the sport into a metal accessory.

A second Emblem Metal Keychain based on the Zanarkand Abes is also priced at ¥1,320 (approx. $8 USD / £6 GBP), giving fans another way to represent Tidus’ original team.

The Yevon Script Yunomi, priced at ¥2,200 (approx. $14 USD / £10 GBP), decorates a traditional Japanese tea cup with the fictional writing system seen throughout Spira.

The Yevon Manju, priced at ¥1,296 (approx. $8 USD / £6 GBP), brings an edible addition to the anniversary lineup with sweets themed around the religion that plays a central role in Final Fantasy X’s story.

Two higher-end pieces will be offered as made-to-order Metallic Frame Art releases, with the Zanarkand design, priced at ¥14,300 (approx. $90 USD / £66 GBP), depicting one of the game’s most important locations.

The Sacred Spring Metallic Frame Art, also priced at ¥14,300 (approx. $90 USD / £66 GBP), recreates imagery associated with one of Final Fantasy X’s most memorable scenes between Tidus and Yuna.

Visitors to the exhibition will receive one randomly selected Temple Card from a set of eight upon entry, adding another collectible element to the exhibition.

General ticket sales opened on August 7, 2026, through ePlus, with advance admission priced at ¥2,000 (approx. $13 USD / £9 GBP).

Same-day admission will cost ¥2,600 (approx. $16 USD / £12 GBP), subject to remaining availability.

FINAL FANTASY X MUSEUM -Memories of Pyreflies- will run from September 12 through September 27, 2026, at LUMINE 0 on the fifth floor of NEWoMan Shinjuku in Tokyo.

The exhibition will normally open from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM, with final admission 30 minutes before closing, while the final day will end earlier at 5:00 PM.
