The second installment of the “Ichiban Kuji” lottery for the popular space fantasy RPG, Honkai: Star Rail, has been announced by Bandai Spirits.
“Ichiban Kuji” is a “no-lose” prize lottery system sold at convenience stores and hobby shops in Japan, where every ticket purchased wins an item from a tiered lineup of exclusive merchandise.

This new collection focuses on several of the most popular characters from the game’s recent Penacony story arc.
The top prizes are a series of large, 38-centimeter plush toys from the “POTEPOTTE” line.
The full prize lineup for the lottery is as follows:
- Prize A: POTEPOTTE Plush – Acheron

- Prize B: POTEPOTTE Plush – Aventurine

- Prize C: POTEPOTTE Plush – Dr. Ratio

- Prize D: Acrylic Boards (6 selectable varieties)

- Prize E: BIG Stand Can Badges (8 random varieties)

A large, 15cm can badge that can be displayed on a desk.
- Prize F: Acrylic Charms (10 random varieties)

Thick acrylic charms that can also stand on their own for display.
- Prize G: Multi Visual Cloths (11 random varieties)

- Last One Prize: POTEPOTTE Plush – Kakavasha

A large plush of the character Kakavasha, which is awarded to the person who buys the final ticket.
A “Double Chance Campaign” also gives ticket holders a second opportunity to win a special prize through an online lottery.
The prize for this campaign is a unique, “white-haired version” of the Acheron plush, a special variant that is not available through the main lottery.

The lottery will be available at participating Lawson convenience stores, bookstores, hobby shops, Animate, and official Ichiban Kuji shops.
The “Ichiban Kuji Honkai: Star Rail Vol.2” is scheduled to begin its sequential rollout at most stores on Friday, the 22nd of August, 2025.
It will also be available at the conveyor belt sushi chain, Sushiro, starting on Monday, the 25th of August and the price for one ticket will be ¥1,000.
