Prime 1 Studio Announces New Studio TRIGGER-Designed Cyberpunk: Edgerunners David Premium Statue
Image by James RichardsonPrime 1 Studio has revealed a new premium statue of David Martinez from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, using original concept artwork supplied by Studio TRIGGER to recreate the anime’s protagonist as a detailed action diorama.
The “Concept Masterline Cyberpunk: Edgerunners David (Concept by Studio TRIGGER)” is a 1/5 scale release unveiled during Prime 1 Studio’s NEXT LEVEL SHOWCASE XIX alongside matching new statues of Lucy and Rebecca.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was produced by Studio TRIGGER in collaboration with CD PROJEKT RED and follows David as he struggles to survive in Night City after the death of his mother pushes his life in a completely different direction.
After installing a military-grade Sandevistan that allows him to move at extreme speeds, David eventually joins the mercenary crew led by Maine and begins building a new life as an Edgerunner.
His increasing reliance on cybernetic upgrades becomes one of the central parts of the story, with David gradually pushing his body beyond its limits as he attempts to live up to the dreams and expectations of the people around him.
Prime 1 Studio previously recreated David through its 1/4 scale Real Elite Masterline, which reimagined his anime appearance through the more realistic visual style associated with Cyberpunk 2077 and included an illuminated base inspired by Night City’s Afterlife bar.
The new Concept Masterline statue returns much closer to the original anime, translating Studio TRIGGER’s newly created illustration into a three-dimensional sculpt that retains David’s sharper proportions and stylized appearance.
Prime 1 Studio has chosen to depict David during the earlier stages of his time with Maine’s crew, capturing a point in his story before the extensive cybernetic modifications that dramatically alter his appearance later in the series.
David is shown with an enraged expression while holding an M-10AF Lexington handgun in one hand and Maine’s detached cybernetic left arm in the other.
The inclusion of Maine’s arm gives the scene a much stronger connection to David’s story than a conventional combat pose, referencing the events that ultimately push him toward taking on more of his mentor’s cyberware and responsibilities.
His stance and expression emphasize that emotional turning point, with Prime 1 Studio using the statue to capture a specific stage of David’s transformation rather than presenting him in a neutral display pose.
The finished 1/5 scale statue is expected to stand approximately 36cm tall, making it more compact than Prime 1 Studio’s earlier 58cm Real Elite Masterline interpretation while preserving enough size for the weapon, clothing and smaller sculpted details to remain clearly visible.
Rebecca is also receiving a matching 1/5 scale statue that shows her wielding the Carnage shotgun with one of her oversized cybernetic arms, surrounded by heavy weapon effects across the base.
Lucy will complete the trio with her own 1/5 scale release, using translucent gradient hair, netrunning cables and two circling koi to create a much more dreamlike composition.
All three statues are based on original Studio TRIGGER concept artwork and have been designed to work together as a coordinated Cyberpunk: Edgerunners display.
Prime 1 Studio hasn’t yet announced pricing or a final release date for the “Concept Masterline Cyberpunk: Edgerunners David (Concept by Studio TRIGGER)”.
Pre-orders are currently expected to open during the fourth quarter of 2026, with additional specifications and purchase details set to be revealed closer to reservations opening.
