Pre-orders open for two new collections of official Gundam Wing T-shirts
Two new collections of T-shirts have been announced, both themed around the classic 1995 anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.
The apparel is being sold by Bandai’s “BanColle!” character fashion brand, which looks to create items that allow fans to incorporate their favorite series into their everyday wardrobe.
The first of the two new lines is the “Mobile Suit Gundam Wing – Full Panel T-Shirt” collection.
This series features a large, bold, all-over print of a mobile suit on a 100% polyester T-shirt.
The lineup for this collection features the six upgraded mobile suits from the latter half of the series.
The six different designs are:
- Wing Gundam Zero
- Gundam Deathscythe Hell
- Gundam Heavyarms Kai
- Gundam Sandrock Kai
- Altron Gundam
- Gundam Epyon
The second collection is a re-release of the popular “Mobile Suit Gundam Wing – Full Color T-Shirt” line.
This series features a more standard, 100% cotton T-shirt with a large graphic on the front, and its lineup is focused on the initial, early-series versions of the mobile suits.
The seven different designs in this collection are:
- Wing Gundam
- Gundam Deathscythe
- Gundam Heavyarms
- Gundam Sandrock
- Shenlong Gundam
- Gundam Epyon
- Tallgeese
These two new collections offer fans a comprehensive celebration of the iconic mecha designs from the beloved 90s series.
The “Full Panel” T-shirts are priced at ¥4,400 each (approx. $30 USD / £24 GBP).
The “Full Color” T-shirts are priced at ¥3,850 each (approx. $26 USD / £21 GBP).
Pre-orders for both of the new collections are currently being accepted on the “BanColle!” store within the Premium Bandai website.
The pre-order period is scheduled to run until 11:00 PM on Monday, the 3rd of November, Japan Standard Time.
Both of the collections are scheduled to be shipped to customers in December of this year.
