Pre-orders open for the re-release of the S.H.Figuarts Super Mario collection
Bandai Spirits has officially opened pre-orders for the re-release of its popular line of Super Mario action figures under the S.H.Figuarts brand.
The announcement confirms the return of a highly-regarded collection of figures that was first released approximately a decade ago.
S.H.Figuarts is a collector-focused line of premium action figures, known for a high degree of articulation that allows for a wide range of dynamic posing, as well as character-accurate sculpting and a variety of accessories.
This revival brings back the core characters and a diorama-building set from the original run.
The collection allows fans to recreate scenes from the iconic Nintendo video game series.
A key feature of the Yoshi figure is the ability to have either the Mario or Luigi figures ride on his back, just like in the games.
The five re-released products are as follows:
- S.H.Figuarts Mario
- Price: ¥4,400
Includes a Super Mushroom, a coin, and a “?” Block.
- S.H.Figuarts Luigi
- Price: ¥4,400
Includes a red shell and a brick block.
- S.H.Figuarts Yoshi
- Price: ¥6,600
Includes an extended tongue part to recreate his classic eating action.
- S.H.Figuarts Bowser
- Price: ¥7,700
Includes an alternate mouth part to display him breathing fire.
- S.H.Figuarts Super Mario Playset
- Price: ¥6,050
An accessory set that includes a Warp Pipe, a Goomba, two brick blocks, a coin, and other parts to expand display possibilities.
Pre-orders for all five products began on Friday, the 1st of August, 2025, at most hobby goods stores.
The Mario, Luigi, and Playset figures are scheduled to be released in February of 2026.
The Yoshi and Bowser figures are scheduled for release in March of 2026.
