Pre-orders open for the first ever Wing Gundam Cloaked Custom figure
Pre-orders are set to open for a mysterious new Gundam Wing figure that was recently teased by Bandai Spirits.
The figure has been officially revealed as the GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE Wing Gundam Zero Cloaked Custom.
This figure is part of the G.F.F.M.C. brand, a high-end, pre-painted toy label known for its heavy use of die-cast metal and intricate detail, all personally produced by legendary designer Hajime Katoki.
The “Cloaked Custom” is a new design that debuted in the “Mobile Suit Gundam W -operation30th-” anniversary video, which celebrated the iconic 90s anime series.
This figure’s main feature is its namesake cloak, which is made of real, wired cloth, allowing for dynamic posing.
It is composed of five parts and includes a hood that can cover the head.
The cloak is designed to envelop the entire body, storing the wing binders inside, or it can be opened to allow the arms and weapons to be exposed.
In addition to the Twin Buster Rifle, the figure includes beam saber effect parts in a new clear pink, as seen in the anniversary video.
It also comes with G.F.F.M.C. original equipment, the Neue Zwerg, and a Seraphim Unit.
This is one of the headline reveals for the “TAMASHII NATION 2025” event, joining other major reveals like the “METAL BUILD Gundam Barbatos” from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans.
The GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE Wing Gundam Zero Cloaked Custom is priced at 38,500 yen (approx. $250.08 USD / £190.15 GBP).
Pre-orders are scheduled to open on November 14 at 10:00 AM (JST) via the Premium Bandai online store and other official retail partners.
The figure is scheduled to ship in April 2026.
It was also revealed at the “TAMASHII NATION 2025” event that the other four main mobile suits from the series will all be receiving figures for their matching “Cloaked Custom” versions.
