Pre-Orders Open for New Statue of KOF’s Mai Shiranui

The world’s most famous female ninja is leaping from the screen to the shelf in a spectacular new collaboration.
PIJI, in partnership with JQ, has officially announced the upcoming release of the “JQ x PIJI THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIV Mai Shiranui” 1/6 scale figure.

This figure captures the Shiranui-ryu ninjutsu master in a powerful, low-slung combat stance that fans will instantly recognize from the high-octane action of THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIV.

Standing at approximately 20cm tall, the figure emphasizes the fluidity and grace that define Mai’s fighting style.
With a dignified expression and hair that appears to whip through the air, the sculpt provides a sense of motion even in a static display.

The attention to detail extends to her iconic red-and-white kunoichi attire.

The massive sash on her back and the intricate patterns of her folding fan have been recreated with meticulous precision, ensuring that the figure meets the high standards expected by fans.

PIJI is offering two versions of this statue, a standard and deluxe version.

The standard version includes the 1/6 scale figure of Mai and a high-quality base.

It is priced at a competitive 20,900 yen (approx. $137 / £100).

For those who want the “full-stage” experience, the Deluxe Edition comes with a massive, expanded folding fan that forms part of a huge pedestal featuring dramatic flame-like effects to simulate her signature fire attacks.

The deluxe version of the statue is priced at 37,620 yen (approx. $246 / £180).

Both versions are now available to pre-order at reputable hobby retailers and are currently scheduled both versions of the statue for release in January 2027.
