Popular Gundam Build Divers’ RE/100 Gunpla Kit Gets Long-Awaited Re-Release

Bandai has announced the return of one of the RE/100 line’s most sought-after Gunpla kits, with the Gundam Lindwurm set to receive a new production run.
Originally released in February 2022, the model kit is making a welcome comeback for fans who missed the earlier release, giving them another opportunity to add the distinctive custom mobile suit to their collections.

The Gundam Lindwurm originates from Gundam Build Divers Genius Head Line design series and is piloted by solo diver Mito Kogure, who created the machine by extensively customizing the Bawoo mobile suit.

Its unique design combines elements of multiple mobile suits, most notably a Z Gundam-inspired head, while introducing numerous newly molded parts across the shoulders, torso, waist, legs, and backpack to create its distinctive silhouette.

The backpack incorporates an expansion gimmick that can be adjusted to match different combat configurations, enhancing both the model’s appearance and display options.

Its customized beam rifle and shield are also faithfully recreated, with newly molded components used to accurately capture their upgraded appearance.

Movable wing mechanisms allow the mounted missile pods to be deployed, adding extra display possibilities for action-oriented poses.

One of the kit’s standout features is its transformation system, allowing the completed model to separate from its standard mobile suit configuration into two individual flight forms, faithfully recreating the machine’s unique transformation mechanism.

The RE/100 1/100 Gundam Lindwurm model kit is priced at ¥6,050 (approx. $41 USD / £30 GBP), with pre-orders currently open via Premium Bandai.

Shipping for this new production run is currently scheduled for October 2026.
