Pokémon’s Mega Evolutions get awesome new artwork ahead of LEGENDS Z-A release

The Pokémon Company has revealed amazing new artwork for various Mega-Evolved Pokémon set to feature in Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A.
The new visuals celebrate the grand return of Mega Evolution, a fan-favorite mechanic that sees Pokémon evolve into exciting new forms.
Mega Evolution is so popular that The Pokémon Company recently announced that a new range of plushies based on the unique forms will go on sale at Pokémon Center stores this June.

Released as part of a new website that serves as a comprehensive resource on all things Mega Evolution, the artwork shows off some of the Mega-Evolved Pokémon confirmed to appear in Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A.

The stunning illustrations highlight the awesome transformations of these powerful Pokémon and are sure to help build the hype for the latest game in the series.

These powerful forms are set to play a significant role in Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A, which was recently confirmed to release on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on October 16th, 2025.
The anticipation for the game has been further fueled by its latest key visual, which teases the appearance of even more Mega-Evolved Pokémon.
