Pokémon Concierge offers a new glimpse at its upcoming second season

New footage from the upcoming episodes of the stop-motion animated series, Pokémon Concierge, was revealed during a “Pokémon Presents” broadcast held on the 27th of February.
The new video offers a fresh look at the next installment of the Netflix original series, which is scheduled for release on September 4th, 2025.

Pokémon Concierge is a unique entry in the Pokémon franchise’s extensive animated library, produced by the acclaimed Japanese animation house, dwarf studios, known for their work on characters like Domo-kun.

The series is created using a painstaking stop-motion technique, giving the characters and the world a handcrafted, tactile quality.

Its story follows a young woman named Haru, who starts a new job as a concierge at a peaceful resort exclusively for Pokémon guests.

The first season was widely praised for its gentle, relaxing atmosphere and its charming slice-of-life narrative, which focuses on Haru’s journey as she learns to connect with her partner Psyduck and the various Pokémon who visit the resort.

The new footage, which debuted during the Pokémon Presents showcase, continues this gentle theme.

It features the return of Haru and Psyduck, as well as a variety of other Pokémon, all rendered in the show’s signature soft and expressive stop-motion style.

The reveal of new episodes continues The Pokémon Company’s recent exploration of the stop-motion medium, following the announcement of a separate project with the British studio Aardman Animations.
