Tokyo’s Pokémon Cafe Officially Re-Opens with New Menu and Interactive Show

Pokémon Cafe TOKYO has officially re-opened as of June 17, 2026, following a three month closure for extensive renovations.
Pokémon Cafe, which operates in both Tokyo and Osaka, is a must visit destination for fans of the series, offering a themed menu and a variety of exclusive merchandise alongside an adorably decorated interior that stars some of the most popular Pokémon.

To coincide with the re-opening, both Pokémon Cafe TOKYO and Pokémon Cafe OSAKA are introducing a brand-new grand menu just in time for the summer season.

The updated menu will also be accompanied by a new live performance featuring Pikachu as a patisserie chef.

Visitors can now look forward to dining on newly created meals, desserts and drinks inspired by fan favorite pocket monsters, featuring creative presentations that bring the digital world directly to the dining table.

Drink orders will also come with a special commemorative bonus to celebrate the ongoing 30th anniversary of the series.
Customers ordering any beverage from the menu will receive one random logo sticker featuring a special cafe version design.

There are three different sticker designs available, and these promotional giveaways will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
The Pokémon Cafe Tokyo’s redesign introduces a brand-new dedicated stage area specifically built to host the new parfait-making show.

More decorations and visual displays have also been added throughout the dining space to enhance the immersive atmosphere.
