New RPG Mushoku Tensei: Chronicle of Echoes To Launch This Year

Publisher GREE and developer ASOBIMO have officially announced “Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes”, a new 3D battle RPG for iOS and Android.
The game, which will be a free download with in-app purchases, is scheduled for release in 2026 in Japan.

The title was first announced alongside the reveal of the next phase for the anime series.
Described as a “serious alternate-world x 3D battle role-playing game,” “Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes” is based on the popular “Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation” TV anime.

The game, which is abbreviated by fans as “Kuroeko”, is being planned and released by GREE Entertainment, with development and maintenance handled by ASOBIMO.

The mobile game announcement comes as the “Mushoku Tensei” anime celebrates its fifth anniversary.
It was revealed that the highly anticipated “Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3” is officially confirmed to begin airing in July 2026.

To commemorate both the new game adaptation and the upcoming anime season, a joint follow and repost campaign is being held.
The campaign, which includes prizes such as a complete set of the original light novels autographed by author Rifujin na Magonote, runs from January 10 through February 1 at 11:59 PM Japan time.

The “Mushoku Tensei” saga follows Rudeus Greyrat, a 34-year-old former shut-in who is reincarnated into a magical world with his memories intact and resolves to live his new life sincerely.
An announcement teaser trailer was released alongside the initial news, along with the launch of the game’s official website and Twitter account.
