The online sake shop “KURAND” has announced a new collaboration with the TV anime Fire Force Season 3.

KURAND regularly releases products based on popular anime and game franchises, with recent collaborations seeing the launch of Danganronpa-themed wine and “Cells At Work!” themed liqueurs.

Their latest product is based on Fire Force, a dark fantasy battle series that follows the story of Shinra, a new recruit in the Special Fire Force who battles against a phenomenon of spontaneous human combustion that turns people into fiery monsters called “Infernals.”

This new collaboration features a bottle of “En En no Umeshu” (Blazing Plum Wine), which is designed to look like the iconic blue-striped bunker gear worn by the Special Fire Force.

The blue lines on the label are printed with a blue foil, recreating the look of the reflective stripes that glow in the dark and smoke.

The sake itself is a “umeshu” (plum wine) with a clean and crisp aftertaste, and it is produced by the Ishii Shuzo brewery in Tokyo, the same city that serves as the setting for the story.

As a special bonus, each set comes with an original glass.

This glass is decorated with the designs of Maki Oze’s fiery “Pusu Pusu/Sputter” and “Mera Mera/Flare” spirits.

When the orange-colored plum wine is poured into the glass, it creates the visual effect of the two fire spirits “igniting” in a bright orange color.

The “Fire Force Season 3 – En En no Umeshu with Glass Set-” is priced at ¥4,290 (approx. $29 USD / £23 GBP).
