New ‘Kaiju No. 8’ Pop-Up Shop Brings Exclusive ‘Paint Style’ Merch to Tokyo
Fans of the hit anime Kaiju No. 8 are getting a new limited-time event.
A pop-up shop is set to open Friday, November 7th, at the Shinjuku Marui Annex.
The event will feature the pre-sale of a new merchandise line based on exclusive “Paint Style” illustrations of the characters, alongside a special purchase lottery.
Event Overview
The “Kaiju No. 8” POP UP SHOP will run from Friday, November 7, 2025, to Sunday, November 16, 2025. Admission to the 6th-floor event space is free.
Due to expected crowds, organizers have stated that admission restrictions may be put in place to reduce congestion.

The event will feature the pre-sale of numerous items based on the new “Paint Style ver.” illustrations.

Purchase Bonus
The pop-up shop will feature two types of purchase bonuses for customers at the venue.
1. Purchase Lottery Customers who spend 3,000 yen (tax included) or more in a single transaction will be entered into a raffle to win original goods.
- A Prize: Canvas board (4 types, winner’s choice)
- B Prize: Postcards (16 types) complete set
- C Prize: Postcard (16 types, 1 random)
Note: Entry is limited to one per transaction, not for every 3,000 yen. Receipts cannot be combined.
2. Epos Card Bonus Customers who present or use an Epos card during their qualifying 3,000 yen transaction will be given one additional entry into the raffle.
3. BOX Purchase Bonus Customers who purchase a full BOX of specific trading items will receive a bonus item on a first-come, first-served basis. This bonus is also available on the AMNIBUS online store.
