New images of Hatsune Miku’s latest action figure released
Pre-orders will soon open for the latest action figure based on virtual singer Hatsune Miku.
Figure manufacturer Kaiyodo has released more information about their recently announced “Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Hatsune Miku Fit Boxing Ver.” action figure.
The figure is based on Miku’s appearance in “Fit Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku -Issho ni Exercise-“, also known as “Fitness Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku” outside of Japan.
Released on the Nintendo Switch, the game allows players to engage in rhythm-based boxing exercises guided by virtual instructors, including Hatsune Miku, making fitness fun and engaging for a wide audience.
Hatsune Miku, developed by Crypton Future Media, Inc., is a Vocaloid software voicebank that has evolved into a massive cultural phenomenon, inspiring countless songs, animations, and live performances worldwide.
Her integration into the “Fit Boxing” franchise is not her only collaboration in the fitness space, as a range of Hatsune Miku themed protein powder was previously released in Japan.
The “Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Hatsune Miku Fit Boxing Ver.” figure brings Hatsune Miku to life in a sporty training outfit, perfectly capturing the energetic spirit of the game.
True to the Amazing Yamaguchi line’s signature feature, the figure boasts full-body articulation, allowing for a dynamic range of motion that even showcases the movements of her arms as she throws virtual punches.
This high level of posability enables collectors to recreate various boxing stances and workout routines inspired by the game.
To further enhance display options and capture the essence of “Fit Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku,” the figure comes with a variety of accessories.
These include four interchangeable face plates, allowing for different expressions to suit various poses and scenarios.
The set also contains ten optional hands, providing further options for recreating specific poses.
Training accessories such as a plastic water bottle, a pair of dumbbells, and a skipping rope are also included, in keeping with the “Fit Boxing” theme.
A unique addition to this figure are effect sheets designed to replicate the icons and combo displays that appear on the screen during gameplay in “Fit Boxing feat. Hatsune Miku”.
These translucent sheets can be attached to a dedicated display base, allowing collectors to create dynamic scenes that directly evoke the energetic boxing exercise sessions from the game.
For those who choose to pre-order through Kaiyodo’s official stores, which include the Kaiyodo Online Store and their Hobby Lobby Tokyo/Kadoma stores, a special bonus will be included.
Customers ordering from these direct channels during the pre-order period will receive an alternate face plate for Hatsune Miku.
This exclusive face features her eyes tightly closed, conveying a determined “I’ll never lose!” expression, adding a unique and spirited display option.
The “Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Hatsune Miku Fit Boxing Ver.” figure is priced at 11,000 yen (tax included).
The pre-order period will start on May 19th, 2025, at 12:00 PM JST and will run until December 31st, 2025, at 3:00 PM JST. The action figure will then ship to customers in January 2026.
