New Gundam Wing figures of Wing Gundam and Heero Yuy teased for series’ 30th anniversary

Bandai Spirits has teased the release of two new collectible figures based on the classic anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.
The new products are being released as part of the ongoing celebration of the 30th anniversary of the influential 1995 anime series.

The 30th anniversary celebrations have already seen official Gundam Wing shops announced and a Wing Zero-themed booth at San Diego Comic Con confirmed.

The short teaser, posted to the official Tamashii Nations social media account on X, included the 30th-anniversary logo and the iconic phrase from the series’ protagonist, “Mission accepted.”

The first of the two new items is a “METAL ROBOT Spirits Wing Gundam.”

The METAL ROBOT Spirits line is a series of high-end, articulated mecha figures known for their use of die-cast metal parts, intricate detailing, and sharp, premium paint applications.

This line is a popular choice for collectors seeking a definitive version of a mobile suit.
The second new product announced is an “S.H.Figuarts Heero Yuy.”

S.H.Figuarts is a premier line of highly-articulated action figures of human-sized characters, celebrated for its lifelike sculpting and extensive range of motion that allows for the recreation of numerous poses.

This will be one of the few times that the pilot of a Gundam will receive a figure in this collector-focused line alongside their mobile suit in the parallel METAL ROBOT Spirits series.
The announcement of both figures means that fans will be able to display the iconic pilot and his signature mobile suit together.
