Monster Hunter’s Felynes Get Their Own Merch Line to Celebrate Japan’s Cat Day
Capcom has officially revealed a new range of character goods to celebrate “Cat Day” in Japan, focusing on the feline companions from Monster Hunter.
The “Monster Hunter Wilds – I’m Coming Too! Otomo Felyne Collection” highlights the trusty Felyne comrades that support players during their hunts, featuring designs that emphasize a soft, warm art style.
These items are designed to bring the charm of the game’s support characters into daily life, offering a variety of stationery, apparel, and practical accessories.
Monster Hunter Wilds is the latest evolution in the hunting action series, transporting players to the Forbidden Lands where they must survive in a dynamic ecosystem with changing weather patterns.
In this harsh environment, the hunter is never alone, aided by their Palico, a Felyne partner who provides support in combat and assists with gathering resources.
This collection celebrates these essential partners by featuring them in specific in-game equipment sets, including the Felyne Hope Set, Felyne Arkveld Set, and Felyne Lala Barina Set.
The merchandise lineup includes items designed for utility, such as a tote bag with multiple pockets inspired by the functionality of the Hope armor, and tumblers suitable for use at home or in the office.
