Lotteria’s new Autumn menu features four different “Tsukimi” burgers

Japanese fast-food chain Lotteria has launched its annual, autumn-themed menu, which for 2025 will be titled the “Soft-Boiled Tsukimi Burger Fair.”
“Tsukimi,” or “moon-viewing,” is a Japanese tradition that is celebrated by fast-food chains with special menu items that include an egg to represent the full moon.

McDonald’s recently revealed their “Tsukimi” menu for 2025, which will see the addition of a new premium burger.

Lotteria’s take on the tradition uses a “soft-boiled style” egg in its burgers.
This year’s lineup features a total of four different burgers, offering a variety of flavors from traditional Japanese to rich, European-inspired tastes.

The full lineup for Lotteria’s 2025 “Tsukimi” menu is as follows:
- Japanese-style Soft-Boiled Tsukimi Zeppin Cheeseburger
- Price: ¥590

This burger combines a 100% beef patty with a soft-boiled style egg, a savory sauce, and a yuzu-flavored mayonnaise.
- Truffle-Scented Soft-Boiled Tsukimi Zeppin Cheeseburger

This version features a 100% beef patty with a soft-boiled style egg, a rich demi-glace sauce, and a truffle-scented mayonnaise.
- Japanese-style Soft-Boiled Tsukimi Shrimp Burger

This burger pairs a crispy shrimp patty with the signature soft-boiled style egg.
- Japanese-style Soft-boiled Tsukimi Teriyaki Burger

A classic teriyaki burger is given the seasonal treatment with the addition of a soft-boiled style egg.
The new seasonal menu offers a diverse range of options for customers to enjoy the popular “tsukimi burger” tradition.

The “Soft-Boiled Tsukimi Burger Fair” will take place at Lotteria locations across Japan from Wednesday, the 3rd of September, 2025.
The limited-time menu is scheduled to be available until early October.
