Kotobukiya’s Darkstalkers BISHOUJO series continues with B.B. Hood

The next entry in the popular “Vampire BISHOUJO” (Darkstalkers) series of collectible figures has been announced by the manufacturer Kotobukiya.
The new product is a 1/7 scale statue of the “Special S-Class” Darkhunter, B.B. Hood, known in Japan as Bulleta.

The “BISHOUJO” line is a long-running series of high-quality figures that are based on original, stylized “beautiful girl” illustrations by the popular artist, Shunya Yamashita.

Previous releases based on Vampire/Darkstalkers have included Lilith, Felicia, and Morrigan.

This new statue reimagines the seemingly cute, Red-Riding-Hood-themed character who secretly hides a dark and twisted heart.

The figure is a faithful recreation of Yamashita’s new illustration, capturing her deceptively cute red hood and apron, as well as the intricate details of the weapons hidden in her basket, such as the Uzi and the apple bomb.

An exclusive bonus item is also being offered for customers who pre-order the figure from a Kotobukiya Shop.
Those who purchase from an official Kotobukiya retailer will receive a special, exclusive “Evil Face Part” as a bonus gift, which allows the figure to be displayed with her true, psychotic personality.

This new release offers a cute, dark, and charmingly twisted new interpretation of the classic fighting game character.
A “guaranteed pre-order” period is currently running for the figure via the official Kotobukiya online store.

Customers who place an order before the 25th of November are guaranteed to receive the item, after which pre-orders will close once the production limit is reached.

The “Vampire BISHOUJO B.B. Hood” 1/7 scale figure is priced at ¥25,300 (approx. $171 USD / £137 GBP).

Pre-orders for the new figure are currently open on the Kotobukiya online shop and at other retailers.
The figure is scheduled to be released in May 2026.
