KAngel and Ame-chan from NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD join Desktop Mate as DLC

A new set of DLC characters for the “Desktop Mate” mascot platform will bring the protagonists from the hit game NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD to PC desktops.

The new content features the game’s main character, Ame-chan, and her internet streamer alter-ego, KAngel (Chouzetsu Saikawa Tenshi-chan/OMGkawaiiAngel).

“Desktop Mate” is a PC application that places high-quality, 3D character models on the user’s desktop, allowing them to sit on windows, jump between applications, and interact with the mouse cursor.

The new DLC is designed to capture the unique personalities of both characters.

The KAngel mascot includes a variety of flashy motions befitting her “Internet Angel” persona, such as Para Para dances and other internet meme homages.

In contrast, the Ame-chan mascot features more subtle motions, focusing on her delicate expressions, such as idly scrolling on her phone.

A special feature is also included for users who purchase both DLCs: a “transformation” function that recreates the in-game transformation from Ame-chan into KAngel.

The developer also announced that more DLCs are planned for the Desktop Mate platform, with upcoming releases set to include Chifuyu Hanakuma, Reimu Hakurei, and Marisa Kirisame.
