Jonathan Joestar S.H.Figuarts release date set as pre-orders begin
BANDAI SPIRITS is set to release an action figure of Jonathan Joestar, the inaugural protagonist from the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, created by Hirohiko Araki, is a long-running manga and anime series celebrated for its unique art style, intricate narrative, and distinct character designs.
Phantom Blood, the first part of the saga, introduces Jonathan Joestar as a virtuous English gentleman who masters the ancient Hamon technique to combat supernatural threats.
This new S.H.Figuarts figure aims to capture his powerful physique and signature abilities.
The S.H.Figuarts Jonathan Joestar figure features muscular sculpting and articulation designed to allow for the recreation of his iconic poses and action sequences from the series.
The figure comes with two interchangeable expression parts, utilizing “Tamashii Digital Coloring” technology to achieve a lifelike facial structure and detailed eye expressions.
To fully depict his abilities, the set includes effect parts to simulate his powerful “Sunlight Yellow Overdrive” Hamon technique.
Additionally, fans can recreate dramatic moments from the climax of Phantom Blood with the included “Sword of Luck and Pluck”, along with its sheath.
The S.H.Figuarts Jonathan Joestar set includes:

- Two interchangeable expression parts
- Backpack

- A complete set of dedicated display stand parts
Pre-orders for the S.H.Figuarts Jonathan Joestar figure will open at most reputable hobby goods stockists from Sunday, June 2nd, 2025.
The S.H.Figuarts Jonathan Joestar is priced at 11,000 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release in November 2025.

Based on the protagonist of Battle Tendency, the Joseph figure will also become available for pre-order on the same day, June 2nd, with its release due in December 2025.
