Hatsune Miku Gets Ready for Halloween with New Witch-Themed Youtooz Figure
Image by Charlotte DavisHatsune Miku has received a new official Halloween makeover for an adorable vinyl figure that dresses the virtual singer as a witch for spooky season.
The “Halloween Style Miku” figure comes from Youtooz and gives Miku a completely new orange, purple, and black costume created specifically around the seasonal theme.
Hatsune Miku originally debuted in 2007 as the mascot character for Crypton Future Media’s Vocaloid 2 voicebank before developing into one of the world’s most recognizable virtual singers.
Artists have continually reinterpreted her appearance across concerts, collaborations, games, and merchandise, with seasonal designs becoming an established part of Miku’s huge range of alternate outfits.
Snow Miku remains the longest-running example, receiving a new winter design every year, while Sakura Miku similarly reimagines the character around cherry blossoms and the arrival of spring.
The new Halloween figure takes that same idea in a much spookier direction, replacing Miku’s standard outfit with a witch-inspired costume and a collection of Halloween accessories.
Standing approximately 12 cm tall, the figure depicts Miku leaning forward with a playful wink and smile as she throws up a peace sign with her left hand.
Her other hand carries an orange trick-or-treat bucket shaped like a pumpkin cat, adding one of the design’s cutest details to the Halloween theme.
Miku wears a floppy mauve witch hat together with an orange dress featuring puffy sleeves and a matching flared skirt, with a dark necktie, matching tights, and purple shoes completing the outfit.
Her long blue twin-tails remain in place, with black cobweb decorations added throughout the hair as another nod to Halloween.
The figure also comes in custom seasonal packaging, with spiderwebs decorating the exterior and orange music notes and polka dots appearing across the purple interior and protective sleeve.
Good Smile recently opened orders for another major seasonal Miku release based on the winning artwork from its fourth Hatsune Miku illustration contest, transforming Sakura Miku into a premium 1/7-scale figure.
Image by Charlotte DavisYoutooz has also expanded its own Hatsune Miku merchandise during 2026 and recently returned to her official My Little Pony collaboration with a new collection of plushies featuring Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, KAITO and MEIKO.
That collection gives Miku her “Pianissimo Pony” appearance, providing another recent example of Youtooz producing merchandise based around one of her alternate official designs.
Two versions of the new Halloween release are available, with the standalone vinyl figure priced at $29.99 and a $39.99 bundle adding an approximately 5 cm Halloween Style Miku pin.
Orders opened through Youtooz on October 1, with the company currently estimating that the “Halloween Style Miku” figure will begin shipping worldwide between January 1 and February 28, 2027.
