026

A new in-game collaboration event has been announced for the popular mobile role-playing game, Granblue Fantasy, which will be a crossover with the iconic anime series, Hunter x Hunter.

Granblue Fantasy, a game from the developer Cygames, is known for its frequent collaboration events with a wide variety of other major entertainment franchises.

The new event, titled “AOZORA×TO×BOUKEN,” a name that translates to “Blue Sky x And x Adventure,” will be the second major collaboration for the game in 2025.

Hunter x Hunter, based on the manga by Yoshihiro Togashi, is one of the most celebrated shonen series of all time, following the adventures of a young boy named Gon and his friend Killua.

Initial announcements for the event revealed that the two main protagonists, Gon and Killua, will be added to the game as playable characters.

Based on the typical structure of Granblue Fantasy events, it is likely that these two characters will be available for free to players who complete the event’s story.

Additional characters from the series have also been revealed to be part of the collaboration.

Chrollo Lucilfer, the leader of the infamous gang of thieves known as the Phantom Troupe, will also be a playable character, with his original voice actor, Mamoru Miyano, reprising the role.
