Genshin Impact Announces New Baskin-Robbins Collab with Exclusive In-Game Rewards
HoYoverse and Baskin-Robbins Japan have revealed the full details of a new Genshin Impact collaboration, pairing ice cream with exclusive Flins and Linnea merchandise, character collectibles and a set of rewards that can be redeemed inside the game.
The limited-time “Sweet Ice Cream Time” campaign will take place across Baskin-Robbins locations in Japan, where the chain is commonly known as 31 Ice Cream, with its two main collaboration sets available exclusively through mobile ordering.
Genshin Impact enters its sixth anniversary period this September, with the long-running open-world RPG continuing to expand its roster and world through new regions, characters and major version updates.
Flins and Linnea take center stage in the campaign through new artwork created specifically for the collaboration, dressing both characters in original outfits built around the ice cream theme rather than their usual in-game clothing.
The “Genshin Impact Ice Cream Set,” priced at ¥2,000 (approx. $13 USD / £9 GBP) with four Small scoops or ¥2,320 (approx. $15 USD / £11 GBP) with four Regular scoops, packages the customer’s choice of ice cream inside a specially decorated takeout box featuring Flins and Linnea.
The set also includes matching acrylic stands of Flins and Linnea, measuring approximately 14 cm and 12 cm tall respectively, along with a background insert that allows the two pieces to be arranged together as a small diorama.
The “Genshin Impact Fresh Pack Mini,” priced at ¥1,300 (approx. $8 USD / £6 GBP), contains around three servings of a Baskin-Robbins flavor chosen by the customer inside a collaboration-exclusive container decorated with characters from the game.
It also includes four acrylic keychains featuring Illuga, Flins, Linnea and Odette alongside different Baskin-Robbins flavors, with each charm able to be removed from the included wire ring and attached individually to bags, pouches and other accessories.
Both main products also include a serial code for the same collection of Genshin Impact rewards, adding several items that can be redeemed directly inside the game.
The in-game bundle contains the exclusive Sweet Ice Cream Cart furnishing and Sweet Ice Cream Set recipe alongside 100 Primogems, 20,000 Mora and three Hero’s Wit.
Each Genshin Impact account can redeem the reward bundle only once regardless of how many collaboration sets are purchased, with the included serial codes remaining valid until December 6, 2026.
Baskin-Robbins is extending the collaboration beyond the two sets through a series of extras for members of its Japanese 31Club app, beginning with seven randomly distributed collaboration stickers from September 12.
Members will receive one sticker when purchasing an eligible Double Cone, Double Cup or shake, with 310,000 stickers being distributed across Japan while supplies last.
A second giveaway begins on September 28 to coincide with Genshin Impact’s sixth anniversary, offering a collaboration pick sheet with eligible purchases including the two main Genshin sets, Fresh Packs and Variety Boxes, with 31,000 available nationwide.
31Club members can also earn one campaign point for every ¥1 spent between September 8 and October 6, with every 500 points providing one entry into a draw for original collaboration merchandise.
A total of 310 winners will receive the special merchandise, while unsuccessful entries will still receive either a Baskin-Robbins coupon or one of four Genshin Impact smartphone wallpapers.
Advance reservations for the Genshin Impact “Ice Cream Set” and “Fresh Pack Mini” will open at 11:00 AM JST on August 28 through the Baskin-Robbins Japan website and the mobile ordering section of the 31Club app, with stores handling collection only rather than taking orders directly.
The Genshin Impact x Baskin-Robbins Japan “Sweet Ice Cream Time” collaboration officially runs from September 8 through October 6, 2026, with products available while supplies last and purchases of the two main sets temporarily limited to a combined total of two per transaction through September 13.
