Gachiakuta and Tougen Anki Games to be Showcased at Japan’s Top Anime Convention

Developer Com2uS Japan has announced its participation in one of Japan’s largest animation events, confirming it will showcase two major upcoming titles based on popular anime properties.
The company will host a booth at AnimeJapan 2026 to present its latest IP adaptations to a global audience.
The exhibition will feature the turn-based RPG “Tougen Anki Crimson Inferno”, which is based on the popular TV anime Tougen Anki.

Currently in development, the game aims to faithfully reproduce the deep story and unique character settings of the anime while delivering powerful battles through high-quality 3D graphics and direction.
The original work by Yura Urushibara is currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion and has surpassed 5 million copies in circulation.

It reimagines the classic Japanese folktale of Momotaro, depicting a conflict between those who carry the blood of the Oni and those who carry the blood of Momotaro.
Com2uS will also showcase “Gachiakuta The Game”, a survival action RPG based on the hit anime Gachiakuta.

This title is being developed for console and PC environments and focuses on delivering dynamic action battles that utilize the series’ distinct cartoon-style graphics and graffiti aesthetic.
The original manga by Kei Urana, featuring graffiti design by Hideyoshi Andou, began serialization in Weekly Shonen Magazine in February 2022 and won the Global Special Prize in the Next Manga Awards 2022.

The story follows Rudo, a boy born in a slum inhabited by the descendants of criminals, as he fights to change a “shitty world” where enemies include common sense, power, and discrimination.

The anime adaptation produced by Bones Film began airing two consecutive cours in July 2025, with a second season also confirmed for production.

Through this exhibition, Com2uS aims to introduce these IP titles to a wider audience and establish themselves as one of the main game studios when it comes to adapting popular anime titles.
Since 2014, AnimeJapan has served as one of the world’s largest comprehensive anime events, attracting over 100,000 visitors annually to see the latest from animation studios, game publishers, and toy manufacturers.
AnimeJapan 2026 is scheduled to take place at Tokyo Big Sight on Saturday, March 28, 2026, and Sunday, March 29, 2026.
