4th wave of Genshin Impact taiyaki coming to arcades across Japan

The fourth round of Genshin Yaki, a collaboration between MiHoYo and GiGO arcades will launch in arcades across Japan this December.

The third batch of Genshin Yaki, featuring popular characters like Tighnari and Nilou, will cease sales on the 6th of December after being available since the end of October.

As soon as sales of the third Genshin Yaki end, the fourth wave will hit GiGO arcades a day later on the 7th of December.

The fourth installation of the Genshin Yaki collaboration is themed on the Fontaine region and will see Wriothesley, Clorinde, Charlotte, Sigewinne, Aeval and Elphane turned into taiyaki, each of which have a different facial expression on the front and back:

Six GiGO Taiyaki locations across Japan will sell the new Genshin Yaki, with stores in Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo and Fukuoka all set to take part:

The Genshin Yaki will be priced at 500 yen and will be available in both chocolate and cream flavours.

For each Genshin Yaki purchased you’ll also be provided with a randomly selected coaster, featuring one of 16 original designs:

If you can’t make it to any of the GiGO Taiyaki branches taking part, 20 GiGO arcades across Japan that don’t have a GiGO Taiyaki store attached will be offering drinks priced at 500 yen that come with a free coaster, selected from the same 16 types at random:

Sales of both the 4th wave of Genshin Yaki and collaboration drinks will end on the 26th of January 2025.

If you can’t get to a store in time there’s no need to worry, as due to the immense popularity of the collaboration so far, GiGO are likely to announce a 5th wave of Genshin Yaki that will go on sale shortly after the previous wave ends.
