First Statue of Kagurabachi’s Chihiro Launches This September
MegaHouse is set to release the first-ever high-specification scale figure of Chihiro Rokuhira, the protagonist of the hit manga series Kagurabachi, as the latest entry in its prestigious G.E.M. Series.
This announcement comes as the series continues its rapid rise in popularity within the pages of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.
Kagurabachi follows the story of Chihiro, the son of a renowned swordsmith, who embarks on a dark path of revenge to retrieve the enchanted blades forged by his father.
The manga has garnered a significant global following for its cinematic composition and gritty, noir-inspired art style.
For this three-dimensional rendition, which stands at approx. 25.5cm tall, sculptors have captured Chihiro in a moment of lethal precision as he wields the seventh Enchanted Blade, “Enten.”
The pose depicts Chihiro executing the “Kuro” (Black) technique, a swift slash attack that is a signature move in the manga.
Great care has been taken to replicate the specific “calm yet burning” expression often displayed by Chihiro, balancing his stoic demeanor with his underlying rage.
The sculpting features intricate detailing on Chihiro’s coat, which conveys dynamic movement as he steps into his strike.
The G.E.M. Series Kagurabachi Chihiro Rokuhira is priced at 27,500 yen (approx. $190.00 USD / £150.00 GBP).
Pre-orders are currently available at a variety of hobby goods retailers, such as HobbyLink Japan.
Orders officially opened on December 20 and the statue is scheduled to ship to customers in late September 2026.
