Final Fantasy IX celebrates 25th Anniversary with new merch, including replica of Vivi's hat

Square Enix has announced a new line of merchandise commemorating the 25th anniversary of the beloved role-playing game, Final Fantasy IX (FF9).

The collection features recreations of iconic in-game items, including the distinctive hat worn by Vivi Ornitier, as well as character-inspired shoulder bags and pouches.

A standout piece in the anniversary collection is the meticulously reproduced “Vivi’s Hat”.

Square Enix has paid close attention to detail, capturing the seams and wrinkles of Vivi’s signature headwear to create a piece with a powerful presence.

This hat is designed to be enjoyed not only as a wearable item but it can also form part of a display collection for avid Final Fantasy fans.

The anniversary merch lineup also includes practical and stylish bags. The shoulder bags, available in designs inspired by both Vivi and Zidane Tribal, are spacious enough to accommodate a long wallet and feature three inner pockets and an adjustable shoulder strap.

For smaller essentials, the shoulder pouches, also available in Vivi and Zidane designs, can comfortably fit a smartphone and include a card storage space on the back, along with two inner pen pockets.

Adding a touch of character to the bags, the Zidane-inspired items come with a charming fluffy tail motif, while the Vivi-inspired items feature an embroidered hat charm.
