FamilyMart’s new Haikyuu!! campaign features exclusive food and merch

A new collaboration campaign between the nationwide convenience store chain FamilyMart and the popular volleyball anime series “Haikyuu!!” is currently underway.

The event, titled “Haikyuu!! Enjoy the Hot Summer to the Fullest!,” is themed around summer vacation and features a wide range of exclusive goods and food based on new, original illustrations.

A special collaboration-exclusive food item is on sale as part of the campaign.

The “Haikyuu!! Hinata & Kageyama’s Manju” is a set of two “manju,” or sweet buns, with a sweet red bean paste filling, designed to look like the faces of the two main characters, Shoyo Hinata and Tobio Kageyama.

A gift-with-purchase promotion is also being held in two phases.

In the first phase, customers who purchase any two qualifying products can receive either an original A4 clear file or a clear card, with multiple designs available for each.

The clear cards can also be paired with special “stackable backgrounds,” which can be purchased separately from the “Famima Print” service on the in-store multi-copy machines.

The second phase of the giveaway began on the 19th of August, which is known to fans as “Haikyuu!! Day.”

For this part of the promotion, customers who purchase two qualifying items can receive an original die-cut sticker.

This new campaign offers fans a variety of ways to collect exclusive items featuring the characters enjoying their summer break.

The “Haikyuu!! Enjoy the Hot Summer to the Fullest!” campaign is currently running at approximately 16,300 FamilyMart locations across Japan.
