Evangelion's live concert tour makes its North American debut this month

The acclaimed “Evangelion Wind Symphony” from Japan is making its long-awaited North American debut with a limited, three-city tour.

The concert, presented by Kashamara Productions and 54 Entertainment, is being held to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the influential Evangelion anime series.

Since its premiere in Tokyo in 2018, the symphony has become a sold-out annual sensation in Japan, and this marks the first time the show will be performed for a North American audience.

The concert will feature a breathtaking selection of musical masterpieces composed by Shiro Sagisu, performed by a full-scale wind orchestra.

A special guest will also be joining the tour for a portion of the program.

The legendary singer Yoko Takahashi, the original artist of the iconic opening theme “A Cruel Angel’s Thesis,” will be performing live with the orchestra.

Yoko Takahashi recently announced the release of a new album, “EVANGELION FLASHBACK”, that covers her iconic work on the series.

The program for this special 3 date concert tour will also include the live world premiere of newly arranged wind orchestra pieces from the final film, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time.

As a special surprise, the first 1,000 ticket buyers in each of the three cities will receive a limited-edition Evangelion badge at the concert, which will feature exclusive artwork by Khara, the animation studio behind the series.
