Diablo, Hades, and Persona concerts are coming to London for Game Music Festival 2026

The Game Music Festival (GMF) is officially returning to London, announcing a massive, month-long celebration of video game soundtracks for June 2026.
The event will transform two of the city’s most prestigious venues, the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall and Fairfield Halls, into stages for live performances of music from iconic game franchises, including Diablo, Hades, and Persona.

Unlike many game concerts, the GMF specializes in a “slow listening” experience, focusing on exquisite orchestral presentations of a game’s soundtrack without visual projections, allowing the music itself to be the main focus.

The festival will feature five major concerts, as well as an educational program of masterclasses and workshops with industry professionals.
The full concert schedule is as follows:
- The Infernal Symphony (Diablo)
- Date: June 6, 2026
- Venue: Royal Festival Hall

A dark concert celebrating three decades of music from the Diablo franchise.
The London Mozart Players orchestra and Hertfordshire Chorus will perform.
Special guests will include Lead Composer Ted Reedy and Music Director Derek Duke.
- The Colors of Harmony: Hitoshi Sakimoto 40th Anniversary Celebration

- Ballads of the Underworld (Hades & Hades II)

- Venue: Royal Festival Hall

A symphonic concert dedicated to the soundtracks of Hades and Hades II.
The show will feature the original vocalists, Darren Korb and Ashley Barrett, performing live with the London Mozart Players.

This evening concert will feature a unique fusion of the Bartosz Pernal jazz orchestra and the London Mozart Players.

In addition to the concerts, the GMF educational programme will run throughout June, offering attendees the chance to meet industry professionals and learn about composing and sound design for video games.
