Definitive Atelier Ryza collection launches later this year with all-new content

Video game publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Gust have announced the Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack.
This new collection bundles all three games from the immensely popular “Secret” sub-series of their long-running Atelier franchise.

The Atelier series is a line of role-playing games known for its focus on item crafting through alchemy, exploration, and character-driven stories with a generally lighthearted tone.
The Ryza trilogy, however, achieved a new level of commercial success for the franchise, bringing in a massive new audience.

This success is often attributed to the appealing character designs by the artist Toridamono and a greater focus on adventure and coming-of-age themes.
The new deluxe pack includes the “DX” versions of all three titles starring the alchemist Reisalin “Ryza” Stout: Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, and Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key.

Typically, these “DX” versions include all of the downloadable content, such as costumes and items, that was released for the original games.
This new collection, however, will feature entirely new and exclusive content created specifically for this release.

The developers have confirmed that the pack will include new playable characters and new story elements added to all three titles, making it more than a simple compilation.
The collection has been announced for a wide range of platforms, including the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam.
Significantly, the announcement also lists the “Switch 2” as a target platform.

Further information and the first look at gameplay footage of the new content will be revealed during a special live stream dedicated to the collection on Monday, August 4th.
The Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack is scheduled for release sometime in 2025 and you can watch the announcement trailer below:
