Crocs announces its first-ever collaboration with Sanrio’s Kuromi

The global casual footwear brand Crocs has announced a new collaboration with the popular Sanrio character, Kuromi.
The new partnership celebrates the character’s message of individuality, “Let’s become the you that you want to be!”

This new release is a special, limited-edition version of the brand’s iconic “Classic Clog,” which has been completely redesigned with a Kuromi theme.

The “Kuromi Classic Clog” features a purple base with an all-over print of various illustrations of the character, showing her in a variety of different moods.

A key feature of the new design is the inclusion of two large, 3D Jibbitz charms.
One of these charms is made of a fluffy, “mokomoko” material, adding a unique and playful texture to the shoe.

The ankle strap of the clog has also been customized and is decorated with Kuromi’s name.

This new collection offers a fun and stylish way for fans to express their individuality and is a celebration of the character’s 20th anniversary.
The new clog is available in both adult and kids’ sizes, allowing for a “parent-and-child matching” look.
The adult-sized “Kuromi Classic Clog” is priced at ¥9,900 (approx. $67 USD/£50 GBP), whilst the “Kids’ Kuromi Classic Clog” is priced at ¥6,050 (approx. $41 USD/£30 GBP).

The new collection is scheduled to be released at the official Crocs online store, at direct-managed Crocs retail stores, and at other authorized retailers from Tuesday, the 14th of October, 2025.
