Cogimyun is coming to Hello Kitty Island Adventure in new "Wheatflour Wonderland" DLC

Sunblink has announced “Wheatflour Wonderland,” a major new downloadable content expansion for its cozy life-simulation game, Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

The new DLC will add the largest new world to the game since its launch, along with new characters, new gameplay mechanics, and new items to craft and collect.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is a social simulation game where players restore an abandoned theme park alongside a large cast of Sanrio characters.

The story of “Wheatflour Wonderland” begins when Kuromi and My Melody accidentally spill a magical potion, opening a portal to a whimsical new world.

There, players will meet Cogimyun, a wheat flour fairy character first introduced by Sanrio in 2015.

Cogimyun will offer players an extensive new friendship path with 35 levels, unlocking new quests, abilities, and a unique furniture set.

Other new characters, including Ebi Fry and Cogimyun’s brother, Cogimyon, will also be introduced, who will host new mini-games.

A major new gameplay system, “Fantastic Wands,” will be added to the game.

Players will be able to create and customize their own magic wands, which can be used to cast spells and transform into various critters and items to solve new puzzles and challenges.

The expansion will also include new noodle-based food recipes, a new “Wheathearts” collectible to find, and a variety of new outfits and accessories for players to unlock.

The “Wheatflour Wonderland” DLC will be available for free for all Apple Arcade subscribers.

For players on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam, the DLC will be available for purchase for $14.99 USD.

The PlayStation 5 release of the content has been announced as “coming soon.”

The main Hello Kitty Island Adventure game is currently available on Switch, PC, and Apple Arcade, and is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 on the 5th of August, 2025.

Physical editions of the game are due to release shortly for both PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
