Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER “Tower Jewels” Illumination

A new illumination called “Tower Jewels” will be unveiled at the Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER in Nagoya.

This new light-up is being launched to enhance the appeal of Nagoya and create a lively atmosphere just one year ahead of the 20th Asian Games.

The illumination is inspired by the sparkling light of jewels and features an unprecedented flowing light effect using 98 new LED lights.

One of the most notable effects is the “Stardust Flash,” which envelops the entire tower in a light that resembles twinkling stars.

The light-up will be unveiled for the first time at a special event called “One Year Countdown ‘IMAGINE ONE ASIA’.”

This event will celebrate one year to go before the 20th Asian Games are held in Aichi-Nagoya in 2026.

The ceremony will include performances by musicians from various Asian countries and a video show.

Benefits will be offered to event participants, including discounts on the tower’s observation deck admission fee.

• Please Note
  • From September 24th to 28th, the “Tower Jewels” illumination will be lit for 15 minutes every hour between 7:00pm and 10:00pm.

    • The closest station is Sakae Station.
