Capcom opens orders for new Monster Hunter Khezu room light

Capcom has announced a new piece of merchandise based on the popular Monster Hunter franchise: a room light shaped like the monster, Khezu.
Khezu is one of the most unique and unsettling monsters in the long-running series.

A pale, white, leech-like wyvern that typically dwells in dark caves, the creature has no visible eyes or ears, a blind, pale appearance, and an extendable neck that it uses to attack its prey.

It is also known for its powerful electrical abilities, generating a current within its body that it can discharge to shock and paralyze hunters.

This new, officially licensed room light is a stylized recreation of the infamous monster.
The light has two standard brightness settings for normal illumination.

It also features a special, third mode designed to replicate one of Khezu’s signature in-game attacks.

This “blue flashing mode” causes the light to flicker and pulse with a blue glow, mimicking the visual effect of the monster charging up its electrical discharge attack.
The product offers fans a unique and functional piece of merchandise that captures the creepy essence of one of the franchise’s most memorable creatures.
The “Monster Hunter Room Light Khezu” is priced at ¥5,500 and it is scheduled to be released in December of this year.
Pre-orders can now be placed via the official CAPCOM online store.
