Berserk’s Black Swordsman Returns as Good Smile Confirms Nendoroid Re-Release

Good Smile Company has announced that a highly popular Nendoroid from the dark fantasy anime series Berserk is officially returning for a re-release.
“Nendoroid Guts” captures the fearsome Black Swordsman in a stylized pocket-sized format.

The Nendoroid line by Good Smile Company specializes in reimagining iconic characters as highly articulated miniature figures.
The series is popular among collectors due to the large array of interchangeable accessories and display options provided with each release.

Berserk is a critically acclaimed and highly influential dark fantasy series created by the late Kentaro Miura.

The gritty story follows the tragic and brutal journey of Guts, a solitary mercenary known as the Black Swordsman who wields a massive sword to battle demonic forces.
Standing at approximately 10cm tall, this figure perfectly translates his rugged and battle-hardened appearance into an adorable design.

“Nendoroid Guts” comes with three unique face plates featuring a serious expression, a fierce combat face, and an enraged berserk look.
Collectors can further customize his display using the included optional parts, which feature his iconic prosthetic arm and the massive Dragon Slayer sword.

This specific figure is proudly manufactured at the Good Smile Company Lucky Factory in Kurayoshi, Tottori Prefecture, bearing a special Made in Japan designation.

“Nendoroid Guts” is priced at 7,500 yen (approximately $48 USD / £38 GBP) and is scheduled to ship in March 2027.
