Bandai unveils the first “Pokémon Scale World” figures based on the Hisui region

Bandai has announced the first wave of figures based on the Hisui region for one of their popular Pokémon figure series.
The “Pokémon Scale World Hisui Region Set” features a collection of 12 scale mini-figures.

The “Pokémon Scale World” series is a unique and ambitious line of collectible figures that aims to recreate Pokémon and their trainers at a consistent 1/20 scale.
This commitment to scale means that figures range from tiny, fingertip-sized Pokémon, to larger ones that can fill a collector’s hand, offering a tangible sense of the size differences within the Pokémon world.
This consistent scaling sets the series apart from many other Pokémon figure lines and has garnered a dedicated following among collectors who appreciate the realistic representation.

The Hisui region is the ancient iteration of the Sinnoh region, serving as the setting for Pokémon Legends: Arceus, a ground-breaking action role-playing game released in January 2022 for the Nintendo Switch.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus was celebrated for its open-world exploration, revamped gameplay mechanics that offered a fresh take on the Pokémon experience and its introduction of Hisuian regional forms of existing Pokémon, along with new evolutions and lore that delved into the origins of Pokémon trainers and the Pokédex.
This new “Pokémon Scale World Hisui Region Set” brings this historical setting to life with a lineup of 12 figures that includes:
- Akari: Depicting the female protagonist in her distinct Hisuian attire.

- The three first partner Pokémon: Rowlet, Cyndaquil, and Oshawott, in their standard forms as they appear when chosen at the beginning of Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

- Uxie: A legendary Pokémon that lives in Hisui’s Alabaster Icelands.
- Hisuian Form Zorua: A regional variant with a ghostly appearance.
- Hisuian Form Electrode: The electric/grass type regional variant of Electrode.

- Mesprit: A legendary Pokémon that lives in Hisui’s Obsidian Fieldlands.
- Hisuian Form Growlithe: A regional variant of the popular orange dog Pokémon.

- Azelf: A legendary Pokémon that lives in Hisui’s Crimson Mirelands.
- Hisuian Form Sneasel: The white/purple colored regional variant of Sneasel.

- Hisuian Form Zoroark: The evolution of Hisuian Zorua, known for its powerful illusions.

The inclusion of both the main female trainer Akari and several Hisuian regional forms makes this set particularly appealing for fans of Pokémon Legends: Arceus and collectors looking to expand their “Pokémon Scale World” display with historically significant Pokémon.
Pre-orders are currently open and can be placed directly with Bandai.
The set is priced at 4,488 yen (approx. $31.49 USD / £23.36 GBP) and is scheduled to ship to customers in September 2025.
As with many highly anticipated releases sold via the Premium Bandai website, the pre-order window for the “Pokémon Scale World Hisui Region Set” may close early if the predetermined production number is reached.
Interested collectors are encouraged to place their orders swiftly to ensure they secure this unique set before it sells out.
